Yes. Every item is sourced from the brand or from its authorized retail partners and arrives with the brand's own packaging. Brand names on the site identify the products; Crowset is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands.

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days from your order and is free on orders over $79. Express takes 3–5 business days, with the cost shown at checkout before you pay.

That is normal. Pieces from the same order can ship separately, with their own tracking numbers, and arrive on different days. Nothing is missing.

No. Crowset does not operate returns: there is no return address and no return label. When a refund is approved you keep the item and the money comes back either way.

No duties: prices include any import duties for delivery within the United States. State sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you pay.
Each product page lists the case size, the strap or bracelet material and the specifications the brand publishes. Metal bracelets are adjusted by removing links, a quick job at any watch shop.
Each color has its own photos on the product page, so what you see is exactly what arrives.
We do not run exchanges. Request a refund within 30 days of delivery and place a new order for the watch you want; the new order ships right away.
The cards and wallets shown at checkout. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Payments run over an encrypted connection and Crowset never sees or stores your full card number.
