Every piece bought at Crowset is covered for 90 days from delivery against manufacturing defects that appear under normal use: a movement that stops keeping time, a crown or pusher that fails, broken clasps, buckles or bracelet links, a detaching strap, peeling plating and similar faults in materials or workmanship.
Each brand sets its own warranty, and many apply it only to purchases from their authorized retailers. Crowset is an independent retailer, so we do not promise a brand warranty: our 90-day warranty covers every piece we sell, and we handle the claim with you directly at support@crowsetofc.com.
Email support@crowsetofc.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos or a short video of the defect. We reply within one business day. If the claim is approved we refund the piece to your original payment method or, when the same item is still available, send you a replacement — your choice. You do not ship anything back.
