This was my second Rolex purchase from Jomashop, and once again, they exceeded my expectations - both in product and in customer service. Whilst the premium is steep, it’s worth considering how many watches you'd need to buy from an AD just to access the most sought-after Rolex models. I originally purchased the Pepsi with an Oyster bracelet but ended up exchanging it for the Jubilee version. Still, my five-star review is for Jomashop as a company - their service, professionalism, and the way they treat repeat customers truly stand out.

GMT-Master II Batman and Pepsi both were on my list for a very long time. We all know it is impossible to purchase these models directly from an AD, unless you have an extensive history with the dealer or personal connections. Thus, majority of us look to secondary/grey market. Price wise, Jomashop is about the same as other secondary market platforms, or even slightly higher. However, the peace of mind transaction process provided were 100% worth it. From moment I placed the order, Jomashop sales representative "K" was amazing from the pre-shipping process to the moment I received the watch, and any follow-up questions I had. I am sold on Jomashop. Going forward, any watch that I can not purchase through an AD, I will not look anywhere else.
Seamless and trustworthy process. Everything was on the up-and-up and everything about the product was as expected. They even wait a few days to confirm you're happy with the watch before filing registration with Rolex on your behalf and sending your paperwork (the green card). The Batman on Jubilee is a beautiful watch (not to mention a great investment) and the black/blue bezel colors look great with just about anything.
This has been on my list since it first came out and I just couldn't justify the aftermarket price. Until I could. I realized I had spent much more for the watches I had purchased in 2019, so I figured this year I will start out with one watch that cost's nearly what I would pay for 2 others and be happy and content, and I am. Now I am forcing myself to wait 6 months for my next one....hmmm maybe...?
Really wanted a Pepsi GMT for a while. I was pretty excited when I saw it on the official Rolex site and the price was a reasonable $9250. Went down to my local AD and asked to see one. They laughed in my face (I think I even saw a bit of spittle fly my way) and said they only get 4 of them a year and that these 4 are purchased by their regulars who buy many watches from them. So you can imagine how happy I was to see this watch here at only a 100% markup! What a steal! I mean, c'mon, Rolexes only increase in price, right? And paying double the AD retail price for a watch is a sure investment! People love the Pepsi GMT and they'll continue to love it for years to come, right? Sure, there could be a dip in the market, but the satisfaction of wearing a $10K timepiece on my wrist that I actually paid double for because of the hype... well, what can I say? I'll totally be featuring my left wrist on all my instagram pics.
