Beautiful watch but…,

Shipped quickly even with a band fitting and it is a beautiful watch to wear for everyday occasions. And on your wrist, a watch that is not screaming at you. However, I specified my band adjusted at 7 ½ inches but when I put it on it was more like a 7” because my wrist was choking when I locked the clasp. I had to take it to a local jeweler to have it extended to 7 ½ inches. Please pay attention to order request before shipping. Now it fits nice and comfortable enough so I can enjoy wearing it.

I’m really impressed with my Hamilton Jazzmaster Open Heart—it has a perfect mix of classic elegance and contemporary style, with the open dial beautifully showcasing the movement. The build quality is excellent, and the automatic movement runs smoothly, though a longer power reserve would be a great addition.

Beautiful watch, high quality

I've never been a huge fan of open heart-style watches, but I really like the look of this one, particularly with the blue face and light brown band. Most open hearts have a plain circular cut out that looks sort of token and lazy, but this one has some style to it without looking like a skeleton watch. Everything feels quality despite being a fairly thin watch--the band and clasp are very nice quality. My only criticism is that Hamilton seemed to have come up short on the anti-glare on the crystal. That makes this watch slightly difficult to read at a glance if the lighting isn't perfect. That seems like sort of a silly corner to cut on what is otherwise a very nice piece.

Better than expected !

This watch is very impressive. Looks like a much more expensive piece. Beautiful finish on the case and band. I’m very pleased. Took a week to get it but it’s worth the wait .

Beautiful dial. But 40mm diameter is too large.

The dial is beautiful and easy to read. The fit is comfortable and links are easy to change. The timekeeping is accurate even after weeks. However, I feel that 40mm case diameter is too large for this style. A 38mm would be perfect. The winding crown is difficult to turn because it is flush within the case.

Good automatic for the money

I love the styling of this watch. The pictures of this watch don't do it justice. In person, the dial has a sunburst iridescence that is not translated well in photos. I'm quite please with the bracelet and the overall wearability of the piece. I am a watch collector and have some expensive luxury watches. While it is not over-the-top, the PRX fits in well with my wearing rotation and I look forward to the days I put the watch on my wrist. The four-star rating is based on the movement. I love the fact that it has an 80-hour power reserve (I believe that is a bit optimistic) but, the accuracy is a bit sub-par. Since the Powermatic movement is only serviceable by certain Tissot repair centers, it would be very inconvenient to send it off for adjustment. My watch loses about twelve to fifteen seconds a day which, for a relatively inexpensive Swiss automatic is not terrible but, I think it could be a bit better. In conclusion, I would say that if you are into seventies retro styling and are looking for a lightweight comfortable watch with impressive looks, this would be a good choice. I would only state that, if you are looking for Omega or Rolex accuracy in timekeeping, my particular watch does not achieve this very well. Since this is a mass-produced movement, I'm sure accuracy will vary greatly from watch to watch. I guess I didn't win the "accuracy lottery" with my watch but, I plan on just living with what it currently provides.

Aqua Terra

Keeps excellent time - spot on at the moment. Really like the hour jumping feature. I would recommend getting this watch with a strap and clasp, as the metal bracelet does not have micro adjustments. When one is paying over 4K for a watch micro adjustments should be standard.

Amazing watch with just one drawback

I love this Tissot, the blue dial and bezel is just gorgeous! The powermatic 80 is an excellent movement that will last 4 days without any winding or movement. My only gripe is the bracelet. The clasp is not best quality and the bracelet feels like it belongs on a cheaper watch. Not what I'd expect on this price point. Jomashop is great with fast shipping!

Omega Speedmaster

Had no problems with the Jomas process. Watch was a few days after delivery date, but was probably due to the time period ordered. The alligator band is out of round and I am having a hard time getting it to conform to my wrist.

Excellent Value... I think

Really wanted a Pepsi GMT for a while. I was pretty excited when I saw it on the official Rolex site and the price was a reasonable $9250. Went down to my local AD and asked to see one. They laughed in my face (I think I even saw a bit of spittle fly my way) and said they only get 4 of them a year and that these 4 are purchased by their regulars who buy many watches from them. So you can imagine how happy I was to see this watch here at only a 100% markup! What a steal! I mean, c'mon, Rolexes only increase in price, right? And paying double the AD retail price for a watch is a sure investment! People love the Pepsi GMT and they'll continue to love it for years to come, right? Sure, there could be a dip in the market, but the satisfaction of wearing a $10K timepiece on my wrist that I actually paid double for because of the hype... well, what can I say? I'll totally be featuring my left wrist on all my instagram pics.

Beautiful watch but.......

The watch is perfect! Elegant yet not too flashy.. Only negative thing is that the cyclops had had a tiny scratch on it when it arrived....

Not like the picture, but great nonetheless

The quality and craftsmanship of this watch are exactly what you'd expect from watches at this price point. Very sturdy, nothing looking out of place or poorly assembled, reliable timekeeping (usually -10 seconds worn a day but I wind my watches fast to compensate for this), very readable date, widely adjustable bracelet (I have 6.5 inch wrists and 4 lugs can still be removed), and very solid smooth crown action. The hands and dial on the new reference make it a more versatile watch for wearing everyday, or on nicer occasions. The bezel, however unlike the previous reference is a bit less useful. Now the numbers on the bezel itself are flush with no variation in height or sheen. So while they appear in the stock photos to be very clear and readable, without a difference in finish or being raised from the bezel they tend to get washed out in anything but medium bright lighting conditions like shade or inside. Let's get the obvious out of the way; the Tissot Seastar 1000 looks like a submariner, but it's more than a sub homage. I briefly owned the previous reference of this watch before upgrading to this reference. And while the previous reference had a more utilitarian bezel and a more unique appearance, the updated reference is a much more wearable everyday watch.
